CAN ANYONE HAVE LASH EXTENSIONS?
All lash bookings are subject to a consultation and assessment of the condition of your natural lashes. In rare circumstances in order to comply with our insurance terms you may be refused treatment. This will be discussed at your lash appointment. Please note we do not provide lash treatments to anyone under the age of 16 regardless of parental consent.

MY LASHES ARE EXTREMELY SHORT - CAN I STILL GET MY LASHES DONE?
Yes you can. You will be limited to what lengths you can have but we can absolutely create a set suitable for your lashes. Please be realistic with the looks that can be achieved on short lashes or you will need to accept that your lash extensions may not last very long.

HOW DO I BECOME A CLIENT?
Drip in Gold operates an exclusive client list. The booking process online will take you through setting up an account with us. Please ensure you fill in any forms that are sent to you prior to your appointment as these form part of your client records. We will be unable to accept you as a client and service you without these completed forms.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
All bookings can be made online 24/7 365 days a year, giving you full flexibility to book your own appointments. Click here to make a booking.

I HAVE CHOSEN THE WRONG SET, CAN I CHANGE MY MIND ON THE DAY?
To ensure enough time has been booked for your appointment please inform me as soon as possible prior to your appointment. If you are unsure on what set to go for choose 'leave it to the artist' on the booking page. That ensures maximum time is allocated to complete your look.

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Appointment length varies from set to set. Full sets can take anywhere from 1.5hrs to 3hrs. Approximate times are given at the time of booking. It's worth noting if you have short or curly lashes, please allow extra time to complete your look.

I'VE HAD MY LASHES DONE ELSEWHERE, CAN I BOOK AN INFILL WITH YOU?
As we cannot guarantee the quality of someone else will be on par with ours unfortunately we do not infill other techs work. You will need to book a removal and full set.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Unfortunately as we are home based and due to health and safety procedures we are unable to allow extra guests or children.

CAN I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT SET ON MY INFILL APPOINTMENT?
In some instances there are certain aspects of a lash set that you can change at your lash appointment. Length for example is very easy to change. However if you wish to completely change to a different set to get the best lashes possible its advised to get a removal and a completely new set.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY LASHES?
All full sets require a £20 booking fee to secure your date and time. This is payable during the online booking process. All other services require full payment at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due at your appointment payable by cash, bank transfer or you may pay by the card linked to your online account.

I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT
All of your bookings are managed online. During the booking process you will need to setup an account which will give you access to all of your appointments in one place. You can make amendments to your appointment up to 48hrs before your appointment date/time.

I AM UNABLE TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENT
If this is over 48hrs before your appointment see above.
If your appointment is less than 48hrs away you will not be able to make any amendments. As per our cancellation policy failure to show up to your appointment will result in 100% of the service costs being charged to you.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY LASH EXTENSIONS?
An aftercare leaflet will be given to you after your appointment. It's really important that you follow all our aftercare advice even if you've had lash extensions before. Not only will a good aftercare routine mean your lashes will last longer, it will also prevent excess build up of dirt and bacteria in your lashes which can lead to infections. We strongly recommend you purchase an aftercare kit from us to get the best out of your lashes.

HOW DO I PURCHASE AN AFTERCARE KIT?
You can add this on to your booking during the online booking process or you can purchase one on the day of your appointment .

HOW LONG WILL MY LASHES LAST?
This varys from person to person and is entirely dependant on a number of combined factors. Lashes go through different growth cycles so whilst one month your lashes might last 6 weeks the next it could be 3 weeks. Medication, hormones and environmental factors can also play a part. The most important thing is to keep up with a solid aftercare routine to ensure your lashes are kept clean and free from debris. Typically most clients return in 2-3 weeks with 50% left ready for an infill. There are certain sets that are higher maintenance than others. You will notice on the booking screen each set is rated in terms of maintenance, ★★★★★ being the highest maintenance and ★ being the lowest. If you want something that is easy to look after look for a lowed rated set.

HOW DO I BOOK AN INFILL?
You must have atleast 50% of lashes left at the time of your appointment in order for it to be considered an infill. Infills can be booked online 24/7 265 days a year by clicking here.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Ensure you have filled in all relevant forms online prior to attending your appointment (these are emailed and texted to you)

Avoid mascara and strip lashes 48hrs before your appointment

Clean your lashes thoroughly

Avoid caffeine 24hrs before your appointment

You may wear makeup to your appointment but strictly none around the eye area

Be prepared to relax for a few hours - dress comfortably

Turn your phone on silent during your appointment
