By booking an appointment here with us you are agreeing to the following:


Booking fee

All appointments can be booked online for your convenience. Eyelash treatments are secured with a non refundable booking fee or by paying in full prior to your appointment. Any remaining balance can be paid in cash, or bank transfer at the start of your appointment. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost.


We understand that things do crop up from time to time. If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment please manage your booking by logging in via your online account within 48hrs of your appointment. Last minute cancellations or 'no shows' leave us with an open appointment unable to be filled which could have been booked by someone else. Therefore we are unable to accept amendments made to your booking within 48hrs of your appointment time. Failure to attend your appointment or last  minutes cancellations (within 48hrs of appointment time) will result in 100% of the booked service cost being charged.

Late attendance

To ensure services run like clockwork please attend at the time of your appointment only. If you are running late please let us know with as much notice as possible. We allow a 15 minute grace period which will be deducted from your lash appointment. Attendance over 15 minutes late will be an automatic cancellation with the relevant service cost fee being applied as detailed above. Unfortunately a full set cannot be completed in the time left. 

Client removal

Your lash artist reserves to the right to remove you from the client list without warning and refuse further treatment should the terms and conditions put in place not be adhered to.

Refund & Guarantees

Due to the nature of the services we provide we are unable to offer any refunds on products or services. If there is an issue with your lashes you must contact us within 48hrs after your appointment and re-attend within 72hrs. We only guarantee work in this timeframe if all aftercare advice has been followed. Any work after this this frame or where aftercare has not been followed will be chargeable at the applicable rate for your set. 


All lash treatments offered are subject to a consultation. All clients must fill in a client intake form and complete covid screening questions.The lash artist has final say on whether they can service you for your booked treatment. In the unlikely event that you cannot be serviced the reasons will be explained to you and if applicable an alternative treatment may be offered instead. If no treatment can take place your booking fee is none refundable and will cover the cost of the consultation.  


All lash appointments are subject to government guidelines. As this is an ever-changing situation should government guidance change appointments may be postponed at short notice. 

We all need to ensure that we are keeping each other safe therefore please follow these guidelines for your appointment.

1. Bring a facemask (optional)

2. Attend appointments alone

3. Please follow the instructions of the lash artist on arrival

4. Wash or sanitise hands when attending your appointment

5. Minimise touching door handles 

6. Keep all belongings in the designated area

7. If you have a positive test result or covid symptoms prior to or during the 14 day period after your appointment inform your lash artist immediately 

8. Complete the covid health screening form
